Each exercise is performed slooowwwly to increase “Slow Twitch” muscle fiber recruitment. Moving slowly keeps continuous tension on the muscle and where a body builder might spend 15-25 seconds to complete a set of 10 reps - Lagree, calls for sets to be between 1-2 minutes. This lengthier amount of time demands more from the muscles for a longer amount of time, creating better and quicker results.

FULL BODY

Unlike other workouts that add 3lb weights for one movement then call it a full body workout - our method hits multiple muscles in each movement - and some movements work over 600 muscles at once! 

ENDURANCE

Muscular endurance is the ability of the muscle to continue to perform without fatigue. Ironically, in order to perform WITHOUT fatigue, you need to train your muscles TO fatigue. Lagree MT trains your muscles to a threshold of intensity that will stimulate improvement - to the brink and back.

Give your joints a BREAK! You DON’T have to jump around to get a good workout - and swimming, biking yoga, etc. AREN’T your only low impact options to feel the burn! In fact, Lagree is also high intensity - and your heart rate is elevated to a safe, consistent range during the entire workout.

Strengthening the intrinsic muscles is paramount to improved body composition as it relates to the effective support mechanism to the bigger/fat burning extrinsic muscles. You cannot grow the bigger muscles group without strengthening the muscles within. Plus - training the little muscles allows for better stabilization and reduced injuries!

AFTER BURN EFFECT

EPOC stands for Excess post-exercise oxygen consumption and thanks to EPOC, we continue burning calories looonnnggg after your Lagree MT workout is over. 
During EPOC the body is restoring itself to its pre-exercise state, and thus is consuming oxygen at an elevated rate. This means that energy is also being expended at an elevated rate (including an elevated consumption of fat).
