The story behind Lagree Fitness

Lagree Fitness began in 1998 when innovator and inventor, Sebastien Lagree, set out on a mission to create the perfect workout that could deliver results quickly and with minimal risk of injury. When Sebastien set out to create this exercise regimen, he had two goals in mind: 1. Create a workout that could deliver results faster than any other. 2. Ensure the workout can be performed by any person, regardless of age or fitness level, with minimal risk of injury to the body or joints.

The idea of a low-impact method came about when Sebastien realized the fitness industry’s lack of high-intensity/Low-impact workout options. Noticing that so many stop or minimize the amount they work out as they get older and joints become damaged, he sought out to make this a workout that could be practiced by all. He accomplished this mission in little time, but its evolution, as stated before, is endless (unlike with many other workouts).
